HMI Stands for Human Machine interface, it allows operators to interact with machines easily. The HMI is used for monitoring and controlling industrial process with the help of graphical displays.
By designing screen as per the requirement, user can visualize the real-time data and can respond to system alerts efficiently.

By integrating with industrial PLC, user can control and monitor the machineries or equipment in the industries.
This course will drive the engineer’s carrier towards their professional carrier as automation engineer, control system engineer, plant operator and industrial professional.

Sales and estimating for Power Control Centre (PCC) panels involve a detailed process that begins with understanding the client’s specific needs and requirements. This includes gathering information on the power ratings, voltage, current, protection, and automation needed for the system. A thorough site survey may be conducted to understand environmental factors that could influence panel design. The next step involves selecting the appropriate components, such as busbars, circuit breakers, relays, and meters, and determining the overall configuration.

The cost estimate is then prepared, factoring in material costs, labour, overhead, and a profit margin, while considering potential risks or contingencies. The proposal is then submitted, outlining the technical details, pricing, payment terms, and timelines. After negotiation and final approval, the manufacturing process begins, followed by delivery, installation, and commissioning. Post-sale support and maintenance are often provided to ensure the panel operates efficiently over time. Effective communication, technical expertise, and customization are key to successful sales and estimating, ensuring that the panel meets both operational needs and budget constraints
